Services Fees
- Free 30-minutes phone or video consultation.
- $100 per hour (2 organizers)
- Service is minimum 3 hours on site in Victoria area and minimum 5 hours on site outside Victoria area, per day.
Extra Services and Fees
- Travel charge applies to Sooke, North Saanich, Sidney, Langford and other areas outisde Victoria.
- Parking is extra, if applicable.
- Donation drop off and garbage disposal service.
- Research for external services and arranging appointments with handyman, movers, auction places.
- Research and purchasing of organizing products and supplies.
- Selling items online.
Payment
- If the client book the service, Victoria Organizers will send an agreement and a non-refundable deposit of $150 will be requested to confirm the booking. This amount will be applied to the final balance. The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the service or if reschedule the appointment with less than 48 hours.
- Invoice will be sent when the services are completed and the client must pay the same day they receive the invoice.
- If the service is for more than a day, the client will be invoiced for each service day.
- Payment is accepted by cash, and online e-transfer.
- Credit card are accepted with an extra 4% fee.
